Common Questions

Everything you need to know about shared drives

How many drives can I create?

Unlimited. Free, Fan and Premium users can create unlimited shared drives with unlimited members. Scale as you grow.

Can external clients access shared drives?

Yes! Invite anyone via email. They'll create a free Feedtracks account and get access to your shared drive with the permissions you set.

Do shared drives count toward my storage quota?

Shared drive storage counts toward the drive owner's quota. If you're a member (not owner), shared drive files don't count against your personal storage.

Can I transfer drive ownership?

Yes! Drive admins can transfer ownership to another member. This is useful when someone leaves the team or changes roles.

What happens if I delete a shared drive?

All tracks are moved to the owner's personal drive. Other members lose access. You'll be prompted to confirm before deletion to prevent accidents.
