"I used to have 'FinalMix_v2', 'FinalMix_v3_REALLY_FINAL', 'FinalMix_v3_FINAL_FOR_REAL.wav' scattered across folders. Now everything stacks automatically. I can compare v8 and v12 side-by-side in seconds. Game changer for client revisions."

"Client came back 6 months later wanting v8 instead of v12. Found it instantly - all versions still organized under one track."
For Artists

Common Questions
Everything you need to know about track versioning
How many versions can I have in a stack?
There's no limit on the number of versions per stack. However, each version counts toward your storage quota, so you'll want to delete older versions you no longer need.
Can collaborators see all versions?
Yes! Anyone with access to the track can view and switch between all versions. Comments are version-specific, so feedback on v2 won't appear when viewing v3.
What happens to comments when I add a new version?
Comments stay with their specific version. If you have 10 comments on v2 and add v3, those comments remain on v2. Each version has its own independent comment thread.
Can I rename individual versions?
Yes! Each version can have its own title. Edit the title from the track detail page while viewing that specific version. This helps identify versions like "Radio Edit", "Extended Mix", or "Client v3".
Can I export all versions at once?
Yes! From the track detail page, use the download option and select "All versions". Feedtracks packages all versions into a single ZIP file for easy export.
